Easy Cheesy Stuffed Omelette

Oregano: For taste
Pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: 2 tsps
Vegetable oil: ½ tsp
Butter: 20- 25 gm
Sweet corn: 20 gm
Coriander leaves: 2-3 stems
Cheese: 2 cubes (grated)
Eggs: 2
Ingredients
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper
Whisk the eggs thoroughly until light and fluffy with bubbles
Heat up a non-stick frying pan and add the oil. Add the butter and stir till it melts
Add the whisked eggs in the center so that it spreads evenly throughout the pan
Put the sweet corn and some grated cheese along a side of the eggs. Add coriander leaves. Other veggies like tomato, onion, mushroom can also be added
Add some oregano for flavour
Grate another cube of cheese in the pan
When the cheese melts, fold the eggs like an envelope covering the other ingredients. Let it cook for a bit
Serve hot with sauce of your choice
