Easy Mango Kulfi recipe

to satisfy your sweet cravings

Ingredients required:

Cardamom Powder


Fresh Cream

Condensed Milk

A Mango

Wash and peel a mango

Roughly chop the mango into tiny pieces

Don’t worry if the pieces aren’t equal, they’ve to go into the blender anyway

Keep some aside if you’d like mango chunks in your kulfi

Churn the mango in a blender to make a smooth pulp

Add a quarter tin of condensed milk into the mango and blend it again

It’s now time to add
half a pack of fresh cream

Use a spoon to mix it with the mango pulp and condensed milk mixture

Now add a cup of milk, mix it and blend the mixture

The mixture is now ready. Taste it and adjust the sweetness according to your liking

Add some cardamom (optional). And the mango chunks, if kept aside

Now pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and put them in the freezer

If you don’t have moulds, use any other container

Check after 4-5 hours, the kulfi should be ready
