Restaurant-Style Mixed Rice Noodles

Pepper: 2 tbsp
Salt: 2-3 tbsp
Soya Sauce: 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil: 8 tbsp
Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Onion: 2 big
Sweet Corn: 100 gm
Cabbage: 1/2
Carrot: 1
Eggs: 2-3
Prawns: 400 gm
Chicken: 200 gm
Rice Noodles: 1 packet
Ingredients:
representational image Soak the noodles in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes
Put 2 tbsps of sesame oil in a deep bottom pan/wok and scramble 2 eggs until golden. Keep aside
Put 2 tbsps sesame oil and stir fry the chicken (diced). Add 1 tbsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Keep aside
Add 2 tbsps sesame oil and stir fry the prawns until light brown.
Keep aside
Heat up the wok, add the rest of the oil and add chopped garlic. Then add all chopped veggies. Stir fry until soft
Add chicken and prawns to the veggies and toss. Sprinkle a pinch of salt
Add the noodles in the wok and toss it. Add the soya sauce and stir. You can add a little fish sauce (optional)
Serve hot. You can garnish with onion leaves and add a side dish of your choice too
