Need to share your location with trusted contacts or a group chat?
Here are some easy ways to share your live location with someone
Right on your chat screen, WhatsApp includes a feature that allows you to share your current location with your friends
If you wish to share your location with someone or a group, start a chat with them
Select Location by tapping the attachment symbol at the bottom. Tap Continue after selecting Share live location
You may use Google Maps to share your current location in addition to getting directions on the app
Open Google Maps, select Location sharing by tapping your profile symbol up top. On the following screen, click Share location
Tap Share after choosing which Google contact you wish to share your location with. Now that you've chosen a contact, they should be able to see your current location
