Egg Potato Pakoras for weekend breakfast

Oil: For frying

Chat Masala: Optional 

Salt: To taste

Jeera: Half tsp

Garam Masala: 1 tsp

Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp

Green Chillies: 1-2

Besan: 4-5 tbsps

Potatoes: 3-4

Egg: 4


Boil eggs and potatoes separately

Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl and put spices according to taste. Mix

Season the besan slightly with spices, add water and make a thick batter

Peel the eggs. You can cut in half or use the egg whole

Cover the eggs with the potato mixture

Place these aside and heat up the oil for frying

Coat the potato covered eggs in besan batter

Deep fry each piece

Once golden brown, remove from oil

Serve hot with sauce of your choice
