7 Bollywood stars who fell victim to shocking burglary crimes

Being wealthy and famous brings its own set of challenges. Recently, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed during an attempted burglary. Here are a few other Bollywood stars who have faced similar incidents.

Sonam Kapoor (2022): Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's Delhi home was robbed of ₹2.41 crore in cash and jewelry, which was discovered by staff, with culprits later arrested.

Amitabh Bachchan (2013): ₹25,000 was taken from Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa. The family sought a discreet inquiry and avoided filing an FIR, suspecting the involvement of an insider.

Poonam Dhillon (2025): A painter at Poonam Dhillon's Khar residence stole a diamond necklace worth over ₹1 lakh, ₹35,000 in cash, and some dollars from an unlocked cupboard.

Shilpa Shetty (2015): While Shilpa Shetty was on vacation, burglars scaled a 25-foot wall to rob her Juhu bungalow of jewelry and valuables. Two men were later apprehended.

Hema Malini (2010): Burglars entered Hema Malini's Goregaon bungalow and made off with ₹80 lakh in cash and valuables. The case went unsolved for a long time.

Ekta Kapoor (2012): An intruder attempted to rob Ekta Kapoor's Juhu bungalow, stealing electronic items before being apprehended by her security team.
