'All Eyes On Rafah': Dia Mirza, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, more Indian celebs show solidarity with Palestine

According to reports, an Israeli strike in the southern Gaza city of Rafah set fire to a tent camp sheltering displaced Palestinians and killed at least 45 people.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu acknowledged the strike and said that a 'tragic mistake' had been made. 

Israel's strike on Gaza has been drawing international criticism, including several Indian celebrities who have been expressing their outrage. 

From Swara Bhasker to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, here are some of the Indian celebrities who showed solidarity with Palestine after Israel's strike on Rafah.

Outraged by the recent attack, Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to Instagram Stories to reshare posts calling for a ceasefire in Gaza. One of the posts read, "ALL EYES ON RAFAH".

Swara Bhasker even marched in protests supporting the Free Palestine movement. The actor took to Instagram Stories expressing her anger over the Rafah attack. Here's what she wrote.

"This is a race issue, this is an apartheid issue, this is colonialism issue...", expressed the actor.

Dia Mirza reshared a post from a pro-Palestine protest on Instagram Stories. She also posted a 'Let Gaza live' poster and added black, white, red and green heart emojis to display her solidarity with Palestine.

Gauahar Khan also took to Instagram Stories to reshare a series of posts about the Rafah attack. One of the posts read, "Tonight, mothers in Gaza will again hold their children and hope they sleep. And they, and we, will pray that they wake."

Aly Goni shared a post that read, "All eyes on Rafah" on Instagram Stories. He also reshared a news post that read, "Israel bombing Rafah 60 times in 48 hours after ICJ orders."

The Dangal actor Fatima Sana Shaikh took to Instagram Stories and wrote, "Came across a really disturbing video of beheaded children in Rafah. One cannot just ignore this anymore. When will this end!”

Radhika Apte reshared a series of videos and posts about the Rafah attack on Instagram Stories. One of the posts read, "Israel is facing global condemnation after its air strike killed dozens in a Rafah camp."

Actor and model Amy Jackson took to Instagram to share a post featuring a quote by UNICEF Spokesperson James Elder. The actor called for a ceasefire in Gaza in the caption of the post.
