Here are some eye exercises to help improve your vision
Rotate your eyes both clockwise and counterclockwise, and make sure your movements are slow, 10 times in each direction
Blink your eyes rapidly in a continuous manner for at least 10 seconds. This helps in cleaning your eyes and producing fresh tears
Diagonally shift your gaze from top right to bottom left, and vice versa, 10 times on each side
To aid in the relaxation of your eye muscles, warm your palms by rubbing them together and then gently place them over your eyes
