If you suddenly remember you didn’t attach a file or forgot to add some details, Gmail lets you ‘undo’ your sent email

By default, the timer is set to 5 seconds, but you can click on the Settings icon in Gmail and head over to the General tab and click on the Undo Send setting to set your timer

Email aliases

Gmail allows you to provide alternative email addresses to different services. You may add a plus sign to your address after your username to create an alias

For example, vikas@gmail.com can sign up for a service like Spotify with the address vikas+spotify@gmail.com and all emails sent to this address will be delivered to your inbox
