Deleting outdated emails is a time-consuming process, but you can remove the emails simply by choosing them. Open Gmail on your computer or laptop

Create a filter

Go to the settings section > 'Filters and blacklisted addresses' tab and click the 'Create a new filter' button to create one

Specify sender

Next, you'll see 'From' printed on top, where you'll be asked to enter the name or email address of any undesirable emails you've received

Auto-delete

After you've entered the email address, select Create filter, then select 'Delete it', and these emails will be automatically deleted from your Gmail inbox
