Google's Find My Device app can help you to track the location of your phone if it is lost or stolen

If your lost Android phone has location and GPS services turned on, follow these steps to find and secure it using Google Find My Device

On another Android phone, tap on the Find My Device app

 If you don't have it, you can download it from the Play Store

Sign in as a Guest on the Find My Device app using the same Google account as the missing phone

Choose the phone you want to track from the tab at the top in case you have several devices connected to the account

The Find My Device app will try to track your lost Android phone. Last approximate location will be displayed in case of the device being unreachable

You can also use the Play Sound option to make it ring so you can find it. Your phone will ring for five minutes even when it is on silent mode

To obtain the device's IMEI number and last seen date, tap the 'i' button next to the device name

Select the Secure Device option to lock the device, log out of your Google account, and display a message on the lock screen
