Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Instant coffee - 1 tbsp
Whipping cream - 1/4 cup
Dark chocolate - 140g
Ingredients
Chop the dark chocolate bar into fine and uniform pieces and put them in a bowl
Add 1/4 cup of cream, 1 tbsp of instant coffee, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of softened butter in the bowl
Boil 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan, remove it from the stovetop, and place the bowl on top of the saucepan to prepare the ganache by melting the mixture
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl using a spatula until the consistency of the ganache is even and set it aside to cool down
Take another bowl and add 1/2 cup of cold whipping cream, 2 tbsp raw sugar and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. Whip the mixture thoroughly or whisk it using an electric blender
After the consistency of the cream becomes uniform, add 1/3 portion of the chocolate ganache and continue whipping until the mixture is blended evenly
Add the remaining ganache to the bowl and whip at low to medium speed for 1 minute until you get a smooth, fluffy and consistent chocolate mousse
Take small glasses and spoon the chocolate mousse into them and make the surface smooth using a spatula
Cover the lid of the glasses using a foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top it with choco chips, choco powder or berries before serving
