How To Make Chocolate Mousse At Home

Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp

Sugar - 1 cup

Butter - 1 tbsp

Instant coffee - 1 tbsp

Whipping cream - 1/4 cup

Dark chocolate - 140g

Chop the dark chocolate bar into fine and uniform pieces and put them in a bowl

Add 1/4 cup of cream, 1 tbsp of instant coffee, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of softened butter in the bowl

Boil 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan, remove it from the stovetop, and place the bowl on top of the saucepan to prepare the ganache by melting the mixture

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl using a spatula until the consistency of the ganache is even and set it aside to cool down

Take another bowl and add 1/2 cup of cold whipping cream, 2 tbsp raw sugar and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. Whip the mixture thoroughly or whisk it using an electric blender

After the consistency of the cream  becomes uniform, add 1/3 portion of the chocolate ganache and continue whipping until the mixture is blended evenly

Add the remaining ganache to the bowl and whip at low to medium speed for 1 minute until you get a smooth, fluffy and consistent chocolate mousse

Take small glasses and spoon the chocolate mousse into them and make the surface smooth using a spatula

Cover the lid of the glasses using a foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top it with choco chips, choco powder or berries before serving
