The 'Recently Deleted' feature on Instagram allows users to review and restore deleted information

Deleted photos, videos, reels, IGTV videos, and stories are immediately erased from your account and placed in the Recently Deleted section

On the Instagram app, you can access your deleted content within 30 days of deletion

Here is a step-by-step guide to restore your content from the Recently Deleted section

On your smartphone, go to the Instagram app and sign in

To access your profile, tap profile or your profile image in the lower right corner

In the top right corner, tap more options, then select settings

Then tap Account, followed by Recently Deleted. It should be noted that if you haven't erased any content recently, the Recently Deleted page will be empty

Tap the type of content you want to restore or permanently delete at the top of the screen: profile posts, video reels, or archived stories
