Hydrate yourself with ayurvedic beverages 

It is essential to stay hydrated during a heatwave. You can replenish fluids by consuming beverages such as coconut water and buttermilk. You can also drink water infused with herbs such as coriander leaves or fennel seeds.

Use cooling spices
