Blink more often

Extended screen time can lead to reduced blinking, which can cause eye dryness. It is essential to blink regularly as it helps moisten and refresh the eyes.

Adjust brightness

Excessive and low brightness can cause strain on the eyes. Adjust the brightness of your device according to the surroundings. Switch to dark mode at night to prevent exposure to blue light.

Follow the 20-20-20 rule

Incorporating this rule helps reduce eye strain. Take a 20-second break every 20 minutes of screen usage and shift your eye focus to an object 20 feet away.

Ajdust your screen

Position your device's screen a few feet away from your eyes or about arm’s length. You should view the screen at the level of your eyes or slightly below them.
