Here are some skincare tips for gym goers to maintain their skin health

Do not touch your face

Touching your face too often can transfer the germs from gym equipments to your face and result in skin problems like inflammation, pimple breakouts and acne

Avoid exercising with makeup on

Exercising with your makeup on can cause skin inflammation due to excessive sweating. It can get absorbed into your skin and cause pimples and acne

 Wash your face immediately

After finishing your workout session, make sure to wash your face immediately with normal water as it can prevent sweat and dirt from clogging your pores

 Shower is a must

Take a bath soon after finishing your workout session as sweating increases bacterial growth which can cause skin infections

Avoid rubbing face with towel

Avoid rubbing your face with a towel multiple times during workout as it can cause irritation. Instead, dab or use a soft facial tissue to wipe off the sweat
