5 tips to relieve eye strain from excessive screen time

Prolonged screen time can tire your eyes, leading to dry eyes, irritation, blurred vision, and even headaches.

Occasionally take breaks and gently splash water on your face. 

Follow the 20-20-20 rule. It substantially reduces eye fatigue. After every 20 minutes of screen time, look away at something almost 20 feet away for 20 seconds. 

Consider blue light glasses. The blue light screens emit puts strain on eyes. Blue light glasses will help reduce the eye fatigue. 

Optimize your screen settings for eye comfort by using warm light, reducing brightness, and increasing text and font size for easier readability.

Frequently perform eye exercises to improve blood circulation and strengthen eye muscles. Rolling your eyes clockwise and counterclockwise can help relieve eye stress.
