How does Nagarjuna stay so fit? The superstar shares his fitness routine, diet secrets, and cheat meal philosophy for an impressive physique and active lifestyle.

1. Morning workouts are non-negotiable: Nagarjuna starts his day at 7 AM with an intense mix of cardio and weight training for 45-60 minutes, five to six days a week.

2. Consistency is his mantra: "Give your body 45 minutes daily," he says. Consistency, not perfection, is key to achieving fitness goals.

3. He focuses on heart rate: To burn calories effectively, Nagarjuna keeps his heart rate above 70% of its maximum during workouts—no phones or long breaks!

4. Intermittent fasting fuels his day: Nagarjuna fasts for 12-14 hours daily, finishing dinner by 7:30 PM. This routine keeps him energetic and light.

5. A clean, adaptive diet: He avoids dairy and gluten and eats a healthy breakfast and lunch. "Your diet should change as your body ages," he advises.

6. Sundays are for indulgence: Cheat meals are essential! From Hyderabadi biryani to chocolates, Nagarjuna enjoys his favorite treats guilt-free once a week.
