Say goodbye to period cramps with this soothing detox bowl

Studies show plant-based diets can improve health and reduce period discomfort. Try this delicious detox bowl for less bloating and fewer cramps on your period days.

Ingredients: 2 cups of frozen raspberries and blueberries, 1 cup frozen cauliflower

1 cup almond milk, 3 medjool dates, 1 teaspoon pure nut butter

Method: Mix in a food processor until creamy.

Garnish it with toppings of 3 tablespoons of almond chia gel, half banana, cashews, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans and cacao nibs.
