Try this sabudana kheer recipe during Navratri 2024

Ingredients- 1 cup sabudana, 2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder, 2 tablespoon cashews, 1/2 tablespoon raisins, sugar

Wash sabudana and let it soak overnight. Make sure it is soft. Press between your fingers to check if the sabudana pearls are soft enough.

Pour milk into a saucepan and let it simmer for a while. Then add sabudana. Let it boil.

Next add green-cardamom powder, cashews, raisins and sugar. Saffron can also be added for extra flavours, although it's optional.  Stir everything well.

Serve it hot. Garnish with dry fruits of your choice. Did you know on third day of Navratri, kheer is offered as bhog to Maa Chandraghanta?
