Wake up to raspberry coconut chia pudding!

Dessert for breakfast? Say yes to Raspberry and Coconut Chia Pudding! A healthy, delicious start to your Sunday.

Why chia pudding? It’s creamy, nutritious, and guilt-free. Plus, it’s a dessert you can enjoy first thing in the morning!

Ingredients: 50g of chia seeds,  200ml of coconut milk (from a carton), 40g of frozen or fresh raspberries

1tsp of vanilla extract, 2 tbsp of coconut yogurt + extra for serving,  1-2 tbsp of maple syrup (optional)

Method: Blend raspberries, coconut milk, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.

Mix chia seeds with the raspberry milk. Whisk well to avoid lumps. Add maple syrup if you like.

Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2-3 hours for a creamy consistency.

Ready to serve! Top with extra coconut yogurt and fresh berries. Enjoy a breakfast that’s as tasty as it is healthy!
