Here is a look at five bedtime drinks to help you sleep better.

Chamomile tea

This tea is prepared by infusing chamomile flowers in hot water. It has sleep inducing benefits which help improve sleep quality. 

Turmeric with milk or water

Turmeric is rich in tryptophan, an amino acid that helps promote sleep and relaxation. 

Almond milk

Almond milk contains sleep-promoting hormones and minerals such as tryptophan, melatonin, and magnesium, which help enhance sleep.

Tart cherry juice

Cherries are packed with rich tryptophan and melatonin content, which aids in sleep.

Valerian Tea

This herbal tea is made from the roots of the valerian plant. It helps maintain the body's circadian rhythm and promotes sound sleep.
