Organise your morning
Complete a few quick morning tasks before going to bed to get rid of the things that cause you to feel rushed or anxious in the morning
Read a book
Try to relax at night by reading a good book before you go to bed rather than using your phone. Reading can help you unwind and divert your attention away from screens
Meditate
Set aside some time each night to meditate in order to help relax your mind before going to bed
Take a warm bath
A warm bath about an hour or two before bedtime can lower your body temperature to help facilitate the body’s natural flow into sleep when going to bed
Eat a light snack
To prevent being woken up by the sound of your rumbling stomach, have a healthy, light snack one to two hours before bed to ease night-time carvings
