Bengaluru's big-ticket commercial property deals in 2024

1 Embassy REIT has inked a deal to lease 8 lakh sq ft office space to Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Embassy Manyata.

The agreement includes an option to expand the leasable area by an additional 6 lakh square feet.

2 Samsung Research And Development Institute has renewed its lease for 4.02 lakh sq ft space in Bagmane Goldstone tower.

This renewal agreement involves a monthly rental of 4.3 crore, set to increase subsequently by 5% every year.

3 C J Darcl Logistics has leased over 1.25 lakh sq ft space in Narasapura Industrial and Logistics Park for 9 years.

4 US retail grocery chain Hy-Vee has signed a 10-year lease for a 54,000- sq ft office space in Karle Tech Park on ORR.

The facility has a garden city theme, a Lalbagh-themed glasshouse and a very unique punching bag.

5 Google has reportedly leased 6.4 lakh sq ft office space in Alembic City, Whitefield, at a monthly rent of 4 crore.
