Shah Rukh Khan has leased two luxury duplex apartments totalling 10,500 sq ft, which will serve as his temporary residence during the renovation of his 27,000 sq ft bungalow, Mannat
The two duplex apartments are located in the Puja Casa building in the Pali Hill area of Khar. The first apartment measures around 6,000 sq ft, and the second measures 4,500 sq ft, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com
