DLF Dahlias: Why are apartments in this super-luxury project in Gurugram priced at over ₹70 crore?
DLF has sold 173 ultra-luxury apartments in its new project, The Dahlias, the yet-to-be-launched condominiums, for almost ₹11,816 crore in nearly nine weeks

The size of the ultra-luxury units in 'The Dahlias' starts at 10000 sq ft and goes all the way up to 19,000 sq ft for penthouses. The selling price of the apartments is around ₹105,000 on carpet area
As many as 173 apartments have been sold for around ₹55 crore to ₹125 crore, while two penthouses have been sold for ₹150 crore each. The project will comprise 420 residences.

The project is the latest addition to the DLF5 Golf Links community, which houses luxury projects such as ‘The Camellias,' which has already established a price benchmark of almost ₹100 crore per apartment

Once the project is launched, the residential stretch along Golf Course Road in Gurugram, currently known as North India Billionaires’ Row, is expected to compete with not only ultra-luxury properties in Mumbai’s Altamount Road but also with New York’s billionaires’ street in the southern edge of Central Park
