Low-fat products often add sugar for taste. Full-fat options keep you full for longer and help reduce cravings.

Fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains are better than processed foods. They don’t have added sugar.

Canned fruits, beans or soups may have added sugar. Look for “no added sugar” on the label.
