Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Peanuts (raw) - 1 tbsp
Potato (boiled) - 1
Sabudana (soaked) - 1/2 cup

Pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped)- 2
Sendha namak - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Cashewnuts - 1 tbsp
Ingredients
Dry roast raw peanuts and cashewnuts in a pan till they turn brown
Now heat ghee in a pan and add soaked sabudana
Cook until it turns transparent, soft and thick
Once done, remove the pan from the heat and add cooked sabudana to a bowl
Add boiled potato, roasted peanuts, cashewnuts and coriander leaves
Add sendha namak and chopped green chillies
Add pomegranate seeds and mix them well
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish it with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
