Want to share files made using Google Docs with friends or colleagues?
Here are some ways to share Google Docs online
Google automatically sets documents you generate to Restricted, which means to access it via a link, you'll need to change the share settings
Click Share in the top-right corner of your screen to display share options and change the permissions on your file
Here, you may set the document to be open to everyone with the created URL or add the users who can access it by providing their email addresses
By choosing File in the top-left corner of your screen, navigating to Share, then selecting Publish to the web, you may make your Google Docs publicly accessible
The text is view-only, and any changes you make to the page don't take effect right away. In order to provide people access, you can hit publish once your file is ready for viewing
You can share the link or embed it into other documents or web pages after you publish it
