Remarkable: Educart and Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Sr. Sec. School Hosts Transformative Career Counselling Workshop!

In a remarkable step toward career readiness, Arwachin Bharti Bhawan Sr. Sec. School, Vivek Vihar, in collaboration with Educart, hosted a high-impact Career Counselling Workshop on 30th July 2025 for Class 12 Science students. The session was led by renowned career coach and mentor Mr. Anubhav Rakheja, whose expertise in student profiling and modern career pathways brought both clarity and inspiration to the attendees.

The two-hour workshop offered a much-needed break from conventional narratives, urging students to explore beyond the expected routes of NEET and IIT. Mr. Rakheja spotlighted upcoming fields in Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology, Data Science, Environmental Sciences, and Healthcare Management, presenting real-world applications and success stories that helped students reimagine their academic and professional goals.

Designed to be deeply interactive, the session focused on helping students understand aptitude-based mapping and the importance of aligning careers with both interest and capability. From scholarship opportunities to global education trends, the discussion covered crucial elements of modern college admissions. Students learned how to build standout profiles, leverage alternative exams, and pursue educational opportunities in India and abroad.

The workshop also addressed parents’ concerns indirectly by equipping students with knowledge on industry relevance, job-market adaptability, and the importance of skill-based education, in line with the principles of NEP 2020.

According to participating students, the most valuable takeaway was the shift in mindset—from “what everyone is doing” to “what’s right for me.” By the end of the session, students not only had a broader understanding of available pathways but also a clearer idea of the purpose-driven steps they need to take.

This event marked another successful on-ground initiative by Educart, furthering its mission to bridge classroom learning with real-world relevance. With engaging mentorship, informed guidance, and practical tools, the workshop empowered students to approach their future careers with confidence, strategy, and self-awareness.
