B D Convent School, Agra Partners with Educart’s for Interactive Teacher Training Session
In a promising move toward continuous professional development, B D Convent School, Agra recently collaborated with Educart to host a high-impact teacher training session led by Mr. Nishant Lakhra, Head of Academics at Educart on 26 May 2025. The session was conducted on the school campus and drew participation from teachers across subjects, all eager to explore evolving classroom practices.
The workshop focused on enhancing classroom engagement, adopting modern pedagogical techniques, and building a student-centric learning culture. The discussions encouraged teachers to reflect on their existing approaches and identify areas where teaching could be made more effective, inclusive, and dynamic.
From managing diverse learning styles to integrating competency-based instruction, the workshop provided tools that can be directly applied to daily teaching. Teachers participated in group reflections, shared classroom scenarios, and discussed actionable ideas that could help improve both teaching outcomes and student experiences.
“When teachers speak up and share their insights, it makes the training that much richer,” said Mr. Nishant, appreciating the active energy and openness of the faculty.
The school’s leadership also showed strong alignment with the goals of the session. The school owner expressed appreciation for the depth and relevance of the training and shared plans to conduct more such sessions going forward. Discussions were also initiated about launching an
