Shahdara, August 2, 2025 – Educart, in collaboration with Guru Harkrishan Public School, Loni Road, Shahdara, successfully conducted an insightful two-hour Teachers Training Workshop on “Adolescent Education.” Led by CBSE Resource Person and Teacher’s Trainer Ms. Eshu Madaan and moderated by Mr. Inderpreet Singh, the workshop drew participation from over 80 enthusiastic teachers, eager to explore new ways to understand, connect with, and guide adolescent learners.
The session opened with behavioural insights, equipping teachers with strategies to interpret and effectively respond to the often complex and dynamic behavior patterns of adolescents. Through interactive activities and role-play exercises, participants experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities inherent in guiding young minds through this transformative stage of life.
Activity-based learning kept the session engaging, encouraging educators to work collaboratively in solving real-world classroom scenarios. Practical teaching strategies were shared, focusing on building trust, improving communication, and motivating students to take ownership of their learning. The balanced blend of theory and hands-on application ensured that every concept discussed could be directly implemented in day-to-day teaching practice.
Teachers also explored the emotional and social dimensions of adolescence, learning how empathy, patience, and a supportive environment can influence positive behavioral outcomes. The importance of fostering resilience and self-esteem in students was highlighted, along with strategies to address common issues such as peer pressure, academic stress, and the influence of digital media.
The workshop concluded with an open reflection session, where educators shared personal experiences, discussed persistent challenges, and exchanged success stories. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants praising the session’s relatable content, energetic delivery, and actionable takeaways that could be adapted across subjects and grade levels.
This workshop reinforced a powerful truth: understanding adolescents is not merely about discipline or control—it’s about meaningful connection, guidance, and empowerment. By addressing both the emotional and instructional aspects of adolescent engagement, Educart and GHPS have set a strong example of how teacher development can shape a healthier, more supportive learning environment.
With this impactful session, Educart once again demonstrated its commitment to strengthening India’s educational ecosystem, ensuring that teachers are not only subject experts but also compassionate mentors equipped to nurture the next generation.
