Jagran Public School Hosts Educart’s Workshop on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogy

On 27th June, 2025 In a focused initiative to elevate classroom practices and strengthen curriculum delivery, Jagran Public School, Lucknow, collaborated with Educart to host a dynamic teacher training workshop on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogy. The session was conducted on campus and facilitated by seasoned CBSE Resource Person and educator, Mrs. Mandeep Kaur.

Designed to align teaching methodologies with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the workshop explored how well-defined learning outcomes can transform teaching into a more meaningful, student-centric process. The session emphasized moving beyond traditional content coverage, toward planning lessons that are guided by clear academic goals and measurable competencies.

Mrs. Kaur engaged the attendees through a variety of interactive strategies case-based discussions, real-life classroom scenarios, and collaborative activities to help teachers internalize the purpose of learning outcomes and how they translate into daily instructional decisions. Teachers were also introduced to NEP-aligned pedagogical models that emphasize conceptual clarity, application-based learning, and critical thinking.

Participants, representing multiple subject areas, responded with great enthusiasm, noting that the workshop was both practically relevant and immediately applicable. Many teachers remarked that the session helped them rethink their approach to lesson planning, encouraging them to make each class more structured and purpose-driven.

In a post-session discussion, Principal Mr. Rudranendra Basak praised the training and its potential to bring a visible impact on student learning. He also confirmed the school’s interest in collaborating further with Educart on upcoming initiatives, including a career counselling workshop and a student enrichment booklet activity in the next academic term.

This workshop marked an important step in Jagran Public School’s commitment to nurturing reflective, future-ready educators. With support from Educart and continued focus on capacity building, the school is steadily working towards an academic environment where learning is outcomes-focused, inclusive, and deeply engaging.
