At a recently concluded Educart Students Conclave at JLN Stadium Delhi, the Managing Director of Educart Mr. Ripul Agarwal said, “I wouldn’t be standing here without my team”. That was a compelling sentence from a senior leader in the education industry. Backstage, when we spoke with him, he elaborated that the Editorial, Marketing, Sales, and Specimen teams combined are the four pillars of Educart today and he inspired us to write a bit about them today.

This is a special edition in which we have received help from internal resources at Agrawal Group of Publications to compile the individual contributions of the respective team members.

EDITORIAL

The backbone of every single book that goes through a 7-step check and rigorous QC is Sonali Khosla, the head of Editorial. She has the largest team at Educart and is responsible for training, researching, and grooming the team of editors, proofreaders, authors, and DTP operators.

SONALI KHOSLA (HEAD OF EDITORIAL)

4 years with Educart. Leads a team of 30 people. Launched more than 400 titles so far. Very good at training and development. Brings out new features and product ideas that are central to innovation at Educart. Loves interacting with thought leaders and soft-skills trainers. Biggest contributor to Educart editorial team.

Nikita Mittal (Project Coordinator)

Her role as a NEET Coordinator, has been instrumental in key NEET and 12th Chemistry projects, streamlining processes, or enhancing team communication. Her proactive approach and ability to multitask have ensured that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Prateeksha Kaushal (Project Coordinator)

The pillar of the commerce division. She is the one who connects the dots of communication within the team during ICSE, ISC and Commerce projects.

Anurag Singh (Project Coordinator)

The most versatile and upcoming member of the team who always has a knack for learning something new and taking on a challenge. He resolves the queries of all the students who reach out to us, along with the coordination for class 9th and 11th projects.

Nidhi Sharma (Project Coordinator)

She is a dedicated Project Coordinator with over 3 years of experience in managing and supporting various projects. She is responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Bharti Gupta (Assistant Project Coordinator)

She is a person who personifies the quote 'learning never stops'. Always ready to learn new things and adapt to the changing landscape.

Bushra Amreen (Sr. SME - Biology & Science)

Her over 3 years of experience in the field of biology, her ability to convey intricate ideas in an accessible manner has greatly enhanced our educational content and resources.

Shivani Asiwal (Sr. SME - English & SST)

She is responsible for creating and reviewing content, providing expert insights on language, and ensuring the accuracy of content. Her ability to break down complex concepts in lucid language has helped us provide better content to our students. She has also participated in initiatives, such as training workshops etc.

Harsh Sisodiya (Sr. SME - Biology & Physics)

The person who is calm in a storm with an eye for detail, the most important quality for someone who oversees the timely delivery of class 10th and 12th projects. Thinking on his feet and coming up with solutions when needed are his forte. He excels in organising resources and tracking progress, all of which contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Tahir Iqbal (SME - Biology NEET)

He is an expert in NEET Biology with research level experience of 10+ years. He has been contributing immensely in putting together our NEET (Biology) projects.

Saurav Kumar (SME - Chemistry NEET)

He is a dedicated NEET Chemistry SME, with a strong background in both academic instruction and competitive exam coaching, specifically tailored for NEET aspirants. He is responsible for developing and reviewing educational materials, practice questions, and mock papers aligned with NEET standards.

Rama Chaudhary (SME - Physics & Maths)

Shubham Kuntal (SME - Maths)

Kunal Sharma (SME - Physics)

Anshul Saraswat (SME - English)

He is a knowledgeable English SME with teaching experience of class 10th and 12th students. He is responsible for content development, and literary analysis. He also contributes to the design of engaging and effective creative and high competency content in our English books.

Sonali Yadav (Jr. SME - Chemistry)

A new addition to the team, young and hard working. Very good in adapting and religiously works on feedback. Her in-depth knowledge of Chemistry is what helps us increase our confidence in our work.

Apurva Kushwah (Jr. SME - Maths)

Zafar Hamid (Jr. SME - Science & Biology)

The leader behind all creative marketing campaigns, he is a one man army who single-handedly deals with offline sales and entire digital marketing at Educart. Originally, joined as an SEO executive, but due to his quick-thinking, people management and never-say-never attitude, he has grown fast to become the head of marketing in a short span.

ANMOL SAWHNEY (CONTENT MANAGER)

Single-handedly spearheading the content marketing and entire Delhi branch of Educart, Anmol is a key resource person. She is the most senior person at the Delhi office. She has built and designed the entire website content ecosystem, SEO-friendly structure and content marketing activities that drive the traffic to the Educart website, which btw has highest viewership within the publishing industry with 1M+ monthly visits.

Anshul Jindal (Content Writer)

Rebellious but also responsible, Anshul tries to give her best every day. She understands that millions of students depend on the website content, so she makes sure everything is up to date and with minimal mistakes.
