Switch to a satin pillowcase

Tossing and turning in your sleep can cause your hair to rub against the thread fibres in your pillow, leading to breakage and frizz. Switch to a satin or silk pillowcase as it is gentler on your hair than other fabrics.

Brush your hair before sleeping

Switch to scrunchies
