Here's how you can achieve a good posture to keep your back straight

Sitting posture

While working on a desk job, avoid sitting with slouched shoulders and keep your monitor parallel to your eyes. Sit straight with your spine aligned against the back of the chair

Standing posture

Stand straight and tall with your feet slightly apart. Avoid keeping your hands on the hips while standing

Walking posture

To walk in the right posture, keep your head aligned with your shoulders and your eyes looking straight ahead. Keep your shoulders aligned in proportion to the body

Driving posture

Before driving, make sure that your seat is at a proper distance from the pedals, steering wheel and windshield

Avoid changing your posture while driving. Instead, pull over, turn off the engine and then fix your posture according to your comfort
