Karwa Chauth will be celebrated on November 1, 2023. It is important to include some healthy food items in your sargi thali to make sure you stay well-hydrated for the day.

Sargi is the pre-dawn meal that you eat before starting the Karwa Chauth fast. Here are five healthy food items that you can include in your sargi thali.

Coconut water

Coconut water is a perfect detox water that can keep you hydrated and improve digestion.

You can include soaked nuts like almonds, raisins and walnuts in your sargi thali. They are loaded with healthy nutrients which can help maintain a higher level of energy throughout the day.
