In 2026, RBSE implemented guidelines under which question paper envelopes were displayed and signed by two student witnesses before being opened in the examination hall. In addition, barcode-tagged answer booklets were used for most subjects except Hindi and English to improve tracking during the evaluation process.

Students were required to enter examination halls 15 minutes before the start of the exam at 8:30 am, while security measures were strengthened at exam centres. Joint flying squads consisting of board officials, joint directors, district education officers and special teams monitored examination centres to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams.

Reports also indicated that the RBSE headquarters in Ajmer operated a 24-hour control room during the examination period. The control room monitored exam centres across the state through CCTV feeds and digital surveillance systems. Looking at previous trends, the RBSE Class 10 results in 2025 were declared on May 28, after the examinations concluded on April 4. The overall pass percentage stood at 93.60 per cent, with boys recording 92.64 per cent and girls recording 93.46 per cent.

The RBSE Class 12 results in 2025 were announced on May 20 after the examinations were conducted between February 29 and April 4. Among streams, the Science stream recorded a pass percentage of 97.73 per cent, while Arts recorded 96.88 per cent and Commerce recorded 98.95 per cent. The Class 12 children with special needs (CWSN) examinations were conducted between March 1 and April 4.

In 2024, the RBSE Class 12 results were announced on May 20, while the Class 10 results were declared on May 29. A total of 10,39,895 students appeared for the examinations that year.
