UP Board Result 2026

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamic Siksha Parishad (UPMSP) is all set to announce the results of Class 10 and Class 12 for 2026. After result declaration, students who appeared in the examination this year will be able to download their scorecards from the official websites of UPMSP at results.upmsp.edu.in or upresults.nic.in. Apart from the websites, students can also access their class 10th and 12th results via SMS, Digilocker, and the UMANG app.


The UP Board is set to announce the results for both Class 10 and Class 12 in the first week of April. Students will need to log in at upresults.nic.in through their roll numbers to download the scorecard. Along with the results, UPMSP will also release major details like the toppers list, gender-wise performance, district-wise toppers, and other key statistics.


Follow these Steps to check your UP Board class 10 and 12 results

You can check your UP Board class 10th and class 12th results 2026 by using two methods, first through the official website, and second, through the Digilocker app.

Method 1: Through the Official website

  • Visit the official UP Board website at upresults.nic.in
  • Click on the UP Board result 2026 of class 10 or 12
  • A new window will open, where students need to fill in their credentials
  • Enter your roll number
  • Then submit by clicking on the view result button
  • Your UP Board result 2026 will appear on the screen
  • Take a printout of the result for future reference

Method 2: Through Mobile Apps like Digilocker

  • Visit the Digilocker app on your smartphone or on a web browser
  • Log in using your credentials or Aadhaar details
  • After logging in, go to the issued document section or the Education section
  • Visit the HSC/HSSC mark sheet to view the 10th and 12th Class mark sheets.
  • On the new window, select UP Board result 2026 for the high school or intermediate exam
  • Enter your Roll Number and select the year
  • Download the PDF file of your marksheet for later use.

The online UPMSP class 10th and 12th results are provisional mark sheets, and students are advised to collect their original mark sheets from their respective schools.

UP Board Class 10th and 12th Result: Previous year trends

UPMSP conducted the class 10th and class 12th board exams from February 18 to March 12, 2026, with over 52 lakh students registered for the UP Board exams. This total includes approximately 27.5 lakh Class 10 students and roughly 24.8 lakh Class 12 students appearing across over 8,000 centres.

Last year too, the number was similar, with over 50 lakh students appearing for the exam, conducted between February 24 and March 12, 2025. In 2025, Yash Pratap Singh from Jalaun, who scored 97.83 per cent, secured the first rank for class 10th, and Mahak Jaiswal from Prayagraj, who scored 97.20 per cent, became the top rank holder for class 12th board exams. Girls outperformed boys in both Class 10 and Class 12 results, with 93.87% of girls clearing the Class 10 exam as against 86.66% boys, and in Class 12 results too, with 86.37% of girls clearing the exam against 76.60% of boys. It remains to be seen how the 2026 results will unfold and whether similar trends will continue this year.

Rechecking, revaluation, and compartment Exams

Students who are not satisfied with their results and believe they have performed better but were not graded accurately can go for the revaluation of their copies. The application for revaluation should be submitted by the first week of May, along with 500 for each subject you choose.

While students who failed to achieve an overall of 33% marks will have to appear for the compartment exams, the registration for compartment exams will be held in June, and results for the same will be declared by August.
