‘Want free condoms next? Go to Pak’: Bihar IAS officer mocks school girl

An IAS officer from Bihar has landed in trouble for mocking a school girl's request. At an event in Patna on Wednesday, Harjot Kaur Bhamra, managing director of Bihar Women and Child Development department, was asked when would the government make sanitary pads available for ₹20 or 30. In a now viral video, Bhamra can be seen snapping at the girl student and mocking her by saying that she would ask for free condoms next. She can also be heard telling the girl to go to Pakistan if she doesn't want to vote. NCW has now sent a notice seeking the IAS officer's explanation about her comments within seven days. Watch this video for more information.
