Ukraine takes Russia to the Int'l Court of Justice on day #4 of invasion

Ukraine has taken Russia to the International Court of Justice on Day #4 of the invasion. Street fighting in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, Governor says full control restored. The U.N. Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has stated that over 2 lakh Ukrainians have fled the country. In a Facebook post, Ukraine Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar stated 4,000+ Russian troops have died so far. President Zelensky has vowed to remain in capital Kyiv, saying the city remains under Ukraine's control.
