Spain has voiced its dissent against the US' decision to provide cluster bombs to Ukraine to fight Russian aggression. The Spanish defence minister, Margarita Robles, said "cluster bombs should not be sent to help Ukraine." He further said that "Spain has a firm commitment that certain weapons and bombs cannot be delivered under any circumstances."
