U.S arrests 5 Russians for shipping military tech, Venezuelan oil

5 Russian nationals were arrested and charged in a broad sanctions-evasion scheme for smuggling 'sensitive' US military technology. Some of the smuggled tech also ended up in Ukraine's battlefield. Two traders for Venezuelan state oil company were also charged with sanctions evasion and other charges over a scheme to ship Venezuelan oil to Russian and Chinese buyers.
