With winter approaching quickly, worry is growing in Ukraine as its counter-offensive falters, and the spectre of Russian bombing of its energy infrastructure looms. Against this bleak backdrop, a Ukrainian legislator - Lesia Vasylenko - admitted in a television interview that Russia was winning the "protracted conflict". She added that Ukraine had won back less than 1% of land from the Russians in the counter-offensive which was launched in June 2023. Watch the full video for more.
