Justice K Pathak while granting interim relief directed Chidambaram to cooperate with the ED’s investigation as and when required and not to leave the country without court’s prior permission. Two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists were killed during an encounter in Anantnag today. Identity of one the terrorists has been ascertained, said P Pani, IG Kashmir. Police said forces were acting on a special information, security forces surrounded Kotwal Mohalla in Anantnag in the early hours of Wednesday morning.Mobile internet services have been suspended in Anantnag district as a precautionary measure. Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti leader Hardik Patel was on Wednesday sentenced to two years imprisonment and fined Rs 50,000 by a Visnagar court for vandalism during the 2015 Patidar protests. Patel and two others were found guilty of resorting to arson and creating a ruckus at the office of BJP legislator Rushikesh Patel in Visnagar.
