Photos: Congress takes Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan; misses majority in MP

The fate of Telangana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Mizoram, five states that had gone to polls recently is to be decided today with the counting of votes underway. Early leads show Congress ahead in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. In Telangana, KCR-led TRS appears to have posted an even stronger result in comparison to 2014. Meanwhile in Mizoram, the MNF appears to be blazing through to a majority all by itself. All eyes are on the final results as a precursor to the narrative ahead of the 2019 general elections.
