    The 12.64-kilometre section of Delhi Metro’s magenta line inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi today connects Botanical Garden in Noida to Kalkaji in southeast Delhi with seven other stations along the way.

    The Magenta Line comes with bigger coaches, colour coordinated seating, LED screens and USB charging ports. The platforms at all the nine stations will have screen doors for the safety of passengers. DMRC had installed such doors only on the Airport Express Line thus far.
