COVID-19: Rush outside liquor shop after Assam govt allows limited sale

People gathered outside a liquor shop in Assam's Dibrugarh after the state government allowed the shop for limited sale. The shop was ordered to open from 10am to 5 pm on April 13. People queued up and maintained social distance while purchasing liquor. India is under a nationwide lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19. So far, India has recorded over 9,000 COVID-19 infections and more than 300 deaths.
