Hostel warden accused of beating teens with cane in Bhubaneswar college

A hostel warden in Bhubaneswar was caught on camera allegedly inflicting corporal punishment on students for scoring poor marks. He can be seen beating a boy with a cane. The incident happened at Gandhi Science College, Bhubaneswar. The principal said that he terminated the warden and lodged a complaint with the police. The video of the thrashing has gone viral.
