Reflection of rapid growth in India-US ties: Akbaruddin on PM Modi-Trump meet

India's Permanent Representative to United Nations Syed Akbaruddin said PM Modi's meeting with US President Donald Trump is a reflection of the rapid growth of ties between India and the US. Akbaruddin was speaking ahead of UNGA meeting. He also countered Pakistan PM Imran Khan's statement on raising Kashmir issue at the meeting. Akbaruddin said he has seen many theatrics at UNGA. PM Modi is scheduled to address the Indian diaspora in Houston, US.
